Fit & Tone ClassesDance your way into shape! Our Fit & Tone class is a fun way to strengthen, lean, and tone your body through dance movements. This is a great class whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer. The emphasis is about letting go, working your whole body through a variety of dance styles, and enjoying every minute in an easy-going environment. You go at your own pace and work up to a higher intensity as time goes by. Each segment is broken down into small chunks so it is easy to absorb and participate, even for someone who has never danced before. We have two levels of classes - lower intentsity and a faster paced class. You can try both and decide what works for you. To get even more benefit, we recommend also taking Zumba.
